In April 2011, North East Lincolnshire mental health services became the not-for-profit social enterprise NAViGO. We believe that being a social enterprise helps us improve the care services that are available locally to the people of North East Lincolnshire.

We are only interested in providing services that we would be happy for our family to use, in partnership with the people who know our services best, our staff, our service users and carers.

We have all the services you would expect from a mental health provider, including acute facilities, but we also provide specialist services. These include Rharian Fields, our specialist eating disorder service; Open Minds, our Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service; and a Community Mental Health Team. We also run a highly-developed training and employment service called Tukes, which creates jobs and training for people with mental health problems.

Working for NAViGO

Our organisation is all about the people it cares for and supports, which of course means our staff are of vital importance too. We want forward-thinking employees that feel they can do the job of really changing things for vulnerable people in our care and make a difference to their future.

We aim to cut the bureaucracy, the nonsense, the waste and the obstacles to give really excellent care that people want. We want to be (and often are already) a valued part of the community, offering services that we would be happy for our own families to receive. If you want that too, and are prepared to also give what it takes to offer truly great services, then why not join us?

An award-winning organisation

NAViGO strive to be an innovative and progressive organisation in all areas and our achievements, along with the passion and dedication of our staff, are testament to this approach.
